Ibuprofen Dosage Table for Fever and Pain (i.e., Motrin®, Advil®)
• May be given every 6 hours.
• Do NOT exceed more than 4 doses in 24 hours.
• We do not recommend Ibuprofen for children under 6 months of age.
• If possible, use weight to dose; otherwise use age. Always ask a healthcare provider which product is right for your child.
